Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, orders are automatically processed and cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order:

  2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

  3. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation falls within the allowed time frame.

  4. If approved, your order will be canceled and refunded in full to your original payment method.
