Because our products are health and wellness-related and applied directly to the skin, we have specific hygiene policies in place to protect our customers.


30-Day Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for unused and unopened items. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

  • A copy of the original receipt or delivery note must be included


Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skin patches cannot be returned or refunded.


How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact our returns team at info@nurturenaturals.net before sending any items back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Process:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used skin patches

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Free gifts or promotional items


Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us immediately at info@nurturenaturals.net and include photos and details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Exchanges:

To receive a different product, return the unopened item as outlined above, and place a new order for the desired product once your return is confirmed.
